## My name is RJ Nye and I've been a professional graphic designer since 2012.

My objective is to join a collaborative product team featuring creative folks who want to create and shape visionary products that become the high-water mark within their market or industry.

As a product designer, I specialize in creating desktop and mobile product designs with an eye toward clean, effective layouts. I have experience in all facets of product design, from ideation in rapid design sprints to executing tasks within agile projects to meet development schedules. I’ve spent nearly nine years at a digital product agency as part of a tight, collaborative UX/UI team, where I helped design products and solutions for over 50 clients of all sizes, ranging from multinational corporations to local entrepreneurs. I am adept at working within and expanding upon established art direction guidelines and brand standards. I primarily use Figma to design and collaborate with other product designers, using design systems to maintain visual and functional consistency.

As a person who grew up in a deaf household, I believe in a more inclusive, empathetic world and strive to ensure that my work supports these ideals.
